shonoma fonts 使用許諾

shonoma fonts は、書の間（shonoma）の書体です。著作権の切れた古い書道の本から一字ずつ切り出した書体と、書の名手の筆跡を学んだ AI モデル UniCalli に書かせ、一字ずつ選んで整えた書体があります。お買い上げいただいたフォントは、以下の条件でお使いいただけます。

ライセンスの種類

「1書体」か「コレクション」を選べます。コレクションには、shonoma fonts のすべての書体が含まれます。今後発売する書体も、追加料金なしでお使いいただけます。

個人ライセンス　1書体 2,200円／コレクション 6,600円（税込）
個人の方が、ご自身の作品・趣味・学習に使う場合です。年賀状や手紙、個人のウェブサイト、SNS（アイコンを含む）にも使えます。
ご自身の作品を個人で販売することもできます。個展での作品販売、同人誌、手作りの品、ネットショップでの販売などです。部数や個数の制限はありません。

事業者ライセンス　1書体 16,500円／コレクション 44,000円（税込）
会社、お店、書道教室、出版社などが、仕事に使う場合です。個人事業主やフリーランスの方が、依頼を受けて制作するときも、こちらのライセンスになります。
商品、パッケージ、広告、看板、出版物、ロゴなどに使えます。

アプリ・ゲームへの組み込み、ウェブフォントとしての利用　別途ご相談ください。

個人ライセンスから事業者ライセンスへは、差額（1書体 14,300円／コレクション 37,400円）で切り替えられます。

shonoma fonts の書体をお持ちの方は、書の間の許可が30%引きになります。
最初のご購入と同じメールアドレスでお会計いただくと、自動で割り引かれます。

できること

• 1ライセンスにつき、パソコン2台までインストールできます。ご購入者ご本人、または同じ事業所内で使うパソコンに限ります。
• 印刷物、画像、動画（配信・放送を含む）、PDF に使えます。PDF にはフォントを埋め込めます。
• 文字をアウトライン化や画像にして、形を加工して使えます。
• 一字だけを大きく使った作品（ポスター、はんこ、ステッカーなど）も作れます。
• ウェブサイトでは、文字を画像にして使えます。ブラウザでフォントを読み込む使い方（ウェブフォント）は、別途ご相談ください。
• フォントファイルは、ご自身のバックアップ（iCloud などのクラウドを含む）に保存できます。
• 事業者ライセンスでは、制作物（ロゴのデータ、印刷用の PDF など）を依頼主に納品できます。
• 使用期限はありません。一度お買い上げいただければ、ずっとお使いいただけます。

できないこと

• フォントファイルを、ほかの人に渡したり、売ったり、貸したりすること。印刷所や依頼主に渡す場合も含みます。
• フォントファイルをネット上に置いて、誰でも手に入る状態にすること。
• このライセンスを、ほかの人や会社に譲ること。
• フォントを改変して、別のフォントとして配布・販売すること。
• 文字を一字ずつ画像やデータにして、文字素材として配布・販売すること。
• フォントや、フォントで書いた文字の画像を、AI の学習データに使うこと。

この条件に反する使い方があった場合、ライセンスは無効になります。フォントの使用をやめ、パソコンから削除していただきます。

出典

元の本の書名と各書体の書き手は、フォントファイルの情報欄に記しています。作品にフォント名や出典を表記する必要はありません。

書の間の道具との違い

このライセンスは、フォントをパソコンにインストールして使うためのものです。書の間の道具で作った作品を保存するには、別に書の間のライセンスが必要です（https://shonoma.com/licence/）。

不具合と免責

字形の崩れや、違う字が入っている文字を見つけたら、お知らせください。修正したフォントを無料でお届けします。
フォントの使用によって生じた損害について、書の間は責任を負いません。

ご購入と個人情報

お支払いとご注文の情報（お名前、メールアドレスなど）は、販売店の gallerykuma.com（Shopify）だけが管理しています。書の間のサーバーには、ご注文の情報は一切届きません。フォントは gallerykuma.com からダウンロードしていただきます。
デジタル商品のため、お買い上げ後の返品・返金はお受けしていません。

この使用許諾の変更

この使用許諾は、変更することがあります。変更後も、お買い上げ時の条件でお使いいただけます。

準拠法

この使用許諾には、日本の法律が適用されます。

shonoma fonts licence

shonoma fonts come from two sources: old calligraphy books now in the public domain, cut character by character, and the UniCalli model, trained on the hands of great calligraphers, whose characters shonoma chooses and redraws one by one. this licence sets out how you may use the fonts you buy.

licences

you can buy a single font or the collection. the collection includes every shonoma font, and every font released later, at no extra cost.

personal　¥2,200 per font / ¥6,600 for the collection (japanese consumption tax included)
for individuals: your own work, hobbies and study, including greeting cards, letters, your own website and social media (profile pictures too).
you may also sell your own work as an individual: pieces at an exhibition, zines and dōjinshi, handmade goods, an online shop. no limit on copies or quantities.

business　¥16,500 per font / ¥44,000 for the collection (japanese consumption tax included)
for companies, shops, calligraphy schools, publishers. freelancers and sole traders working for a client need this licence too.
covers products, packaging, advertising, signage, publications and logos.

to move from a personal to a business licence, you only pay the difference: ¥14,300 per font, ¥37,400 for the collection.

you may

• install each licence on up to two computers, used by you or within the same business.
• use the fonts in print, images, video (including streaming and broadcast) and pdf, with the font embedded.
• outline, rasterise and reshape the characters for your work.
• make a piece from a single character: a poster, a seal, a sticker.
• use the characters as images on a website. loading the font in the browser (webfont use) needs a separate agreement: please get in touch.
• keep the font files in your own backups, cloud storage such as icloud included.
• with a business licence, deliver what you make (logo files, print-ready pdf) to your client.
• keep using them for as long as you like: the licence never expires.

you may not

• give, sell or lend the font files to anyone, including your printer or your client.
• put the font files online where others can get them.
• transfer this licence to another person or company.
• modify the fonts and distribute or sell them as another font.
• turn the characters into separate images or data and distribute or sell them as a set of letters to be reused.
• use the fonts, or images of text set in them, to train an ai model.

if these terms are broken, the licence ends: stop using the fonts and delete them.

sources

the title of each source book and the name of the calligrapher are recorded in the font file's information. you do not need to credit the font or its source in your work.

shonoma tools

this licence covers installing the fonts on a computer. saving work made in the shonoma tools needs a separate shonoma licence (https://shonoma.com/licence/).

errors and liability

if you find a broken character or a wrong one, let us know and you will get the corrected font free of charge.
shonoma is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the fonts.

purchase and personal data

payment and order details (your name, your email address…) are handled only by the shop, gallerykuma.com (on shopify). no order information ever reaches the shonoma server. the fonts are downloaded from gallerykuma.com.
as they are digital goods, purchases cannot be returned or refunded. buyers in the european union are asked at checkout to waive their 14-day right of withdrawal so that the download can start at once.

changes to this licence

these terms may change. you keep the terms in force on the day you bought.

governing law

this licence is governed by japanese law.

les licences

vous pouvez acheter une police seule ou toute la collection. la collection comprend toutes les shonoma fonts, y compris celles qui paraîtront plus tard, sans supplément.

particulier　2 200 ¥ la police, 6 600 ¥ la collection (taxe de consommation japonaise comprise)
pour vos propres créations, vos loisirs, vos études : cartes de vœux, lettres, votre site, vos réseaux sociaux (photo de profil comprise).
vous pouvez aussi vendre vos œuvres en votre nom, en exposition, en ligne ou ailleurs : pièces uniques, fanzines, objets faits main, sans limite de tirage ni de quantité.

professionnel　16 500 ¥ la police, 44 000 ¥ la collection (taxe de consommation japonaise comprise)
pour les entreprises, les boutiques, les écoles de calligraphie, les éditeurs. un indépendant qui travaille pour un client a lui aussi besoin de cette licence.
elle couvre les produits, les emballages, la publicité, les enseignes, les livres et les logos.

applications, jeux, polices web　écrivez-nous.

pour passer de la licence particulier à la licence professionnelle, vous ne payez que la différence : 14 300 ¥ la police, 37 400 ¥ la collection.

vous avez une licence shonoma ? toutes les polices et la collection sont à −30 %.
vous avez acheté une shonoma font ? la licence shonoma est à −30 %.
la remise se déduit toute seule au paiement, si vous utilisez la même adresse courriel que pour votre premier achat.

ce qui est permis

• installer chaque police sur deux ordinateurs au plus, les vôtres ou ceux de votre entreprise.
• utiliser les polices pour l'imprimé, l'image et la vidéo (diffusion en ligne et à la télévision comprises), et les incorporer dans des pdf.
• vectoriser les caractères, les convertir en images, les retoucher pour vos créations.
• créer une œuvre faite d'un seul caractère : une affiche, un tampon, un autocollant.
• publier les caractères sous forme d'images sur un site. pour utiliser la police elle-même sur un site (police web), écrivez-nous.
• garder une copie des fichiers de police dans vos sauvegardes, y compris en ligne (icloud, par exemple).
• avec la licence professionnelle, remettre à votre client ce que vous avez créé (les fichiers d'un logo, un pdf destiné à l'imprimeur).
• utiliser les polices sans limite de durée : la licence n'expire pas.

ce qui ne l'est pas

• donner, vendre ou prêter les fichiers de police à qui que ce soit, y compris à votre imprimeur ou à votre client.
• mettre les fichiers de police en libre accès sur internet.
• céder cette licence à une autre personne ou à une autre entreprise.
• modifier les polices pour les diffuser ou les vendre sous un autre nom.
• extraire les caractères, en images ou en fichiers séparés, pour les diffuser ou les vendre comme matériau que d'autres pourront réutiliser.
• entraîner un modèle d'ia sur les polices ou sur des images de texte composé avec elles.

si ces conditions ne sont pas respectées, la licence prend fin : vous devez cesser d'utiliser les polices et les effacer.

les sources

le titre du recueil d'origine et le nom du calligraphe figurent dans les informations du fichier de police. vous n'avez à citer ni la police ni sa source dans vos œuvres.

les outils de shonoma

cette licence permet d'installer les polices sur vos ordinateurs. pour enregistrer vos créations dans les outils de shonoma, il faut une licence shonoma distincte (https://shonoma.com/licence/).

erreurs et responsabilité

si un caractère est abîmé ou erroné, signalez-le : vous recevrez gratuitement la police corrigée.
shonoma n'est pas responsable des dommages pouvant résulter de l'usage des polices.

achat et données personnelles

le paiement et les informations de commande (votre nom, votre adresse électronique…) sont gérés uniquement par la boutique gallerykuma.com, hébergée par shopify. aucune de ces informations ne parvient aux serveurs de shonoma. les polices se téléchargent sur gallerykuma.com.
les polices étant des fichiers numériques, elles ne sont ni reprises ni remboursées. dans l'union européenne, vous renoncez au moment du paiement à votre droit de rétractation de quatorze jours, ce qui vous permet de télécharger les polices tout de suite.

si cette licence change

ces conditions peuvent changer. celles en vigueur le jour de votre achat restent valables pour vous.

droit applicable

cette licence est soumise au droit japonais.

适用于公司、店铺、书法教室、出版社等的商业用途。个体户或自由职业者接受委托为客户制作时，也须购买企业授权。

允许的使用

• 每份授权最多可安装在两台电脑上，限购买者本人或同一单位内部使用。
• 可用于印刷品、图片、视频（含网络发布与电视播出）和 PDF。PDF 中可嵌入字体。
• 可将文字转为轮廓或图片，进行变形加工后使用。
• 可用单个字制作作品，例如海报、印章、贴纸。
• 在网站上，可将文字转为图片使用。通过浏览器加载字体（网页字体）的用法，请另行联系。
• 可将字体文件保存在自己的备份中，包括 iCloud 等云端存储。
• 持企业授权者，可将制作成果（标志文件、印刷用 PDF 等）交付给委托方。
• 授权永久有效，一次购买，长期使用。

禁止的使用

• 将字体文件转让、出售或出借给他人，包括交给印刷厂或委托方。
• 将字体文件上传到网上，供他人下载。
• 将本授权转让给其他个人或公司。
• 修改字体后，作为另一款字体发布或出售。
• 将文字逐个转为图片或数据，作为文字素材发布或出售。
• 将字体或用字体排出的文字图片，用于训练 AI 模型。

如违反上述条件，授权即告失效，须停止使用并删除字体。

出处

每款字体所依据的字帖名称和书写者，均记录在字体文件的信息栏中。作品中无需标注字体名称或出处。

与书の間工具的区别

本授权用于将字体安装在电脑上使用。在书の間的工具中保存作品，需另行购买书の間的许可（https://shonoma.com/licence/）。

字形错误与免责

如发现字形残缺或错字，请告知我们，我们会免费提供修正后的字体。
对于因使用字体而产生的任何损失，书の間不承担责任。

购买与个人信息

付款和订单信息（姓名、电子邮件地址等）只由商店 gallerykuma.com（Shopify）管理。书の間的服务器不会收到任何订单信息。字体从 gallerykuma.com 下载。
本商品为数字商品，购买后不接受退货或退款。

协议的变更

本协议今后可能修改。修改后，您仍可按照购买当日的条件继续使用。

适用法律

本协议适用日本法律。
